With a total investment of 5 billion RMB, the project is to be constructed in two phases. Phase I (1.2 billion RMB, 400 acres) establishes a closed-loop quality manufacturing ecosystem structured as "8 Plants + 2 Centers + 1 Warehouse + 1 Base": Slaughtering Plant, Baked Plant, Freeze-Dried Plant, Wet Pet Food Plant, Fresh Meat Plant, Dry Pet Food Plant, Air-Dried Pet Food Plant, Irradiation Plant; CMA-accredited Testing Center and R&D Center; Smart Cloud Warehouse; Product Safety Testing Base. Alongside Wastewater Treatment Station, cloud-based smart canteen, talent apartments, employee dormitories, and supporting facilities.
