Shanghai Cat Island is a long-term management mechanism for civilized pet raising and urban stray cats, called TNRADP (Capture, Sterilization, Release, Adoption, Data, Promotion), initiated and implemented by the City Yicai Feiyang Public Welfare Foundation and social organizations under the guidance of the Shanghai Civilized Pet Care Work Coordination Group in accordance with the requirements of the "Three Year Action Plan for Civilized Pet Raising in Shanghai". The first urban stray cat community governance science museum has been established to popularize science education on civilized pet raising for young people, comprehensively enhance citizens' awareness of civilized pet raising, and solve the problem of community stray cat governance, thereby creating a good pet raising atmosphere.
